Men's Health · Prostate & Circulation
Most formulas on the shelf look alike, and most leave out the same thing. Here is what to check on the label, and why it matters after 50.
If you are a man over 50, there is a good chance you have already stood in front of that shelf. Saw palmetto, 60 capsules, a picture of a smiling man in a plaid shirt. You took it for two months. You are not sure it did anything.
We make absorbent underwear for men, so we spend our days on this subject. When we decided to build a supplement, we started by reading labels. A lot of them. Here are the five things we wish every man knew before he buys the next bottle.
The prostate and the bladder are fed by a dense web of very small blood vessels, and wrapped in smooth muscle. Both answer to the same signal: nitric oxide. It tells vessels to open and muscle to relax.
The body makes less nitric oxide with every decade after 40. Nothing hurts. Nothing shows. But the small vessels are the first to feel it, and researchers using Doppler ultrasound have measured lower blood flow in the bladder area of older adults who report more urinary bother.
A formula that only looks at the prostate itself is looking at one half of the picture.

More trips to the bathroom at night. A flow that is slower and never feels quite done. Less energy by mid-afternoon.
Most men treat these as three separate problems, with three separate explanations: too much water in the evening, the prostate, age. They tend to show up in the same years for a reason. All three depend on healthy circulation in the smallest vessels of the body.
Three signs. One root. That is the idea the rest of this page is built on.
Circulation + prostate nutrients in one softgel

Read the labels and a pattern appears. Prostate formulas bring saw palmetto, sometimes beta-sitosterol and zinc. Circulation products bring beet root or cayenne. Almost nobody brings both.
So a man who wants both sides covered ends up buying two bottles, from two brands, with no idea whether the doses make sense together.

Several of the nutrients that matter here are fat-soluble: the capsaicin in cayenne, the fatty acids in saw palmetto extract, lycopene, vitamins D3 and K2. They dissolve in oil, not in water.
A dry powder pressed into a hard capsule is the cheapest way to make a supplement. An oil-based softgel costs more to produce, and it is the form these nutrients are meant to travel in. In Full Flow the carrier is cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil, which men have used for generations for bladder comfort.

Many labels say "proprietary blend" followed by a single number. It means you cannot know how much of each ingredient you are taking. If a brand is proud of its doses, it prints them.
And a supplement is not a painkiller. Nutrients work gradually. Any brand that promises a change in a week is selling you something else. The honest test is about three months of daily use, and the guarantee should be at least that long.
Full Flow brings circulation nutrients (cayenne, beet root, aged garlic, vitamins K2 and D3) and prostate nutrients (saw palmetto, beta-sitosterol, pumpkin seed oil, nettle root, lycopene, zinc) together in one oil-based softgel. Every dose is printed on the pouch. Three softgels with breakfast, and 90 days to decide.

Per daily serving of 3 softgels: beet root extract 500 mg, cayenne pepper extract (2.5 mg capsaicinoids), aged garlic extract 300 mg, vitamin K2 100 mcg and D3 25 mcg, saw palmetto extract 320 mg, beta-sitosterol 130 mg, pumpkin seed oil 500 mg, nettle root extract 300 mg, lycopene 10 mg, zinc 15 mg. No proprietary blend.
Nutrients work gradually and every man responds differently. We suggest 90 days of daily use, which is exactly how long the guarantee runs.
Talk to your doctor first if you take blood pressure medication, blood thinners (the formula contains vitamin K2 and garlic) or prostate medication. Full Flow is a dietary supplement. It does not replace a treatment or your regular check-up.
The amount is small and it is suspended in oil inside the softgel, so you do not taste it. Some men feel a light warmth. Taking the softgels with breakfast is the simple way to avoid it.
Take it every day for 90 days. If it is not for you, write to us and we refund your order.
