They are bulky but I still have to put a diaper underneath unfortunately

Was hesitant as I have tried several. Compares to Conitex in many ways but better leak proof and absorption. Comfort is great. Many have short seam making them hipsters rather than briefs for big and old men. Will buy more.
I don't find that the boxers last any longer than level 3 pads. If I am away from home they are more inconvenient to change than a pad. I certainly don't feel able to go anywhere without a spare set. However although this sounds negative it's not really because it all means pads are not a better solution particularly if you factor in the annual cost difference. Delivery has always been discreet and reasonably quick.
These boxers work just as advertised, and there comfortable.
i was very satisfied that there was no leakage by the time I was ready to put on fresh pair of underwear, which was approx 8 to 10 hours which is not bad, even though I was expecting a little longer.
buy the time I was ready to change and most of the time I was wearing them I felt very soggy and when I took them off there was an extremely strong smell of urine that lasted until the time they were to be washed
Why a machine wash bag? Also, can i put them in the dryer?

I love the fabric. I hate that there are no clear instructions for inserting the pad into a pouch that I cannot find. In fact there are no instructions!
