Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow the status of your delivery.


After shipment, delivery typically takes 6 to 9 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

 


 

 

2. Shipping Areas

 

Originally, we launched ORYKAS for customers based in the United States — and we proudly continue to serve all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Canada.


Due to growing international demand, we are pleased to now offer worldwide shipping to other countries as well.


If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our team and we’ll do our best to assist.

 


 

3. Shipping Costs

 

We offer free standard shipping within the United States and Canada.

For international orders, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

 


 

4. Shipping Method


We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other international shipping partners depending on your region.


You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 


 

5. Address Accuracy

 

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

ORYKAS cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

 


 

6. Delays

 

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, customs clearance, or carrier delays may occasionally impact your delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Please note: ORYKAS is not responsible for packages once they are marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
