Refund policy
At ORYKAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and fair return and refund process. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Return Eligibility
At Orykas, the safety, hygiene, and respect of our customers are our top priorities.
Our boxers and briefs are intimate garments designed to be worn in direct contact with the skin. For this reason, and in accordance with current hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return or exchange of any item whose packaging has been opened, tested, or worn, even briefly.
This measure ensures that every customer receives a product that is new, clean, and never tried on, under impeccable sanitary conditions.
Since our underwear is also sold in packs, opening a single unit makes the entire set unsuitable for resale.
As of October 22, 2025, and due to repeated misuse and abuse of our return process, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted for any items, including those sold in packs.
This decision was made to uphold our strict hygiene standards and to guarantee the integrity of every product we deliver.
We therefore encourage all customers to carefully review our detailed size guide before placing an order, to ensure the correct fit.
Of course, this policy does not apply in cases where an error was made on our part, or if a product is defective. In such cases, our team will fully handle the replacement or refund of your order.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order using our contact form to request a return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
- Ship the product back to us. Please ensure it is packed securely to avoid any damage during return shipping.
We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to a mistake on our part.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through our contact form. We will assist you in processing a return or sending a replacement, depending on the situation.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned. We strongly advise checking your order carefully before use.
