TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Purpose

    These terms govern sales between Orykas and any person placing an order on orykas.com.

  2. Products

    Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. If errors or omissions occur, Orykas will not be liable beyond allowing a return or remedy where required by law and by our policies.

  3. Prices

    Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Orykas may change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed at checkout.

  4. Orders

    Placing an order on the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once the order is validated and paid, the buyer receives an email confirmation.

  5. Payment

    Payment is made online by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal. Payments are processed securely.

  6. Shipping and responsibility

    Deliveries are made only to the countries indicated on our site. Delivery times may vary by destination, peak periods, or carrier constraints.

    Orykas is not responsible for delays or incidents that occur while the package is in transit, including postal disruptions, strikes, weather conditions, or any event beyond our control.

    If a package is lost, misdelivered, or damaged due to the carrier, Orykas cannot be held liable. A claim must be filed directly with the carrier.

    If the customer does not pick up the package from a pickup point or access point within the carrier’s time limits, the parcel will be returned to us. In that case, reshipment or handling fees may be charged to the customer for sending a new parcel or may be deducted from any eligible refund.

  7. Returns and hygiene policy

    For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any opened, tested, or worn items, including packs. Please consult our size guide carefully before ordering.

    This policy does not apply in cases where Orykas made an error on your order or where a product is defective. In those cases, we will handle a replacement or a refund in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

    These Terms and any purchases on orykas.com are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
