Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

 

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the selected purchase options.

Each order is immediately sent to our fulfillment center to ensure fast processing and optimal delivery tracking.

Please note that Orykas products are intimate apparel. For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or exchanges can be accepted, except in cases of defective items or shipping errors made by our team.

If you made a mistake with your order (such as size, model, or shipping address), please contact us as soon as possible at support@orykas.com. We will do our best to assist you before the order is shipped, within the limits of what is operationally possible.
