Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working to expand our shipping options to international locations in the future, but for now, all orders will be delivered within the continental U.S.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no additional charges for standard shipping.
4. Shipping Method
We use trusted carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Depending on your location, we may ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. ORYKAS cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, please note that unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, holidays, or shipping carrier delays) may cause delays in delivery. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to keep you updated on your order status.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that ORYKAS is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
